Next, you’ll learn how to properly identify change sponsors to be accountable for the change, and all of the stakeholders affected by the change. Finally, you'll walk through nine change assessments and discover what each is and why you need them. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge needed to gather all of the information necessary to formulate a change management strategy.
