Coaching Session Details
Each 30-minute coaching session is held via videoconference and scheduled at a time that works best for the individual. Sessions build on one another, with the first focused on understanding professional goals, challenges, and concerns. Coaching is typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to allow time for reflection, application, and growth.

- Regular check-ins to ensure progress towards goals is being made and the coach is the right fit

Starter
- Our starter package includes 10 sessions and is intended for one person.
Teammate
- 10% OFF
- Our teammate package includes 60 sessions and is intended for small teams.
Partner
- 20% OFF
- Our partner package includes 100 sessions and is intended for large teams.
