Are you someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, guiding organizations through change without triggering a company-wide existential crisis? We're looking for an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead, design, and deliver change strategies that ensure our clients embrace transformation.

As the OCM, you'll partner with project leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure change is adopted effectively, minimizing resistance and maximizing ROI.

Remote, but physically located in the USA
Salary Range
$75k - $200k, depending on education & experience
Travel
Possible travel within the USA, depending on the client

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize client adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
  • Lead stakeholder awareness session and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Design and deliver communication and engagement plans tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Champion a people-first approach to change.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Provide knowledge, coaching and support to senior leaders and managers to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
  • Support training efforts by coordinating content development and delivery logistics.
  • Continuously evolve our change playbook by sharing lessons learned and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Requirements for a junior level role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Information Technology department, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Proven ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in agile, hybrid, and waterfall project environments.
Preferred:
  • CCMP certification by ACMP
  • PMP certification by PMI or other project management certifications.

Additional requirements for a senior level role:

  • CCMP certification by ACMP
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives across technology, culture, or process.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
Preferred:
  • MCMP certification by ACMP
  • PMP certification by PMI or other project management certifications.
